PROSPECT — Residents can use the two parking lots next to the Prospect Police Department as a safe place to meet with someone to sell or buy items, police announced.
The parking lots at the department, 8 Center St., are recorded by video surveillance, police said. Police advised residents not to meet someone they don’t know at their house for safety reasons.
